Mission:
The Women Human Rights Defenders International Coalition’s (WHRDIC) mission is to deepen and sustain the collective power and resistance of women human rights defenders (WHRDs), feminists, trans and non-binary defenders, and their collective organizing, across the intersections of movements, issues and regions.
WHRDIC is the only global coalition that supports and protects women human rights defenders worldwide in their defense of human rights. The coalition affirms and validates the essential work of WHRDs and recognizes the unique threats they face, enabling them to discuss tactics, share resources, and band together for support and advocacy.
