Strengthening the Women's Funding Movement
Mission:
The Alliance for Feminist Movements (AFM) is a collaborative effort between governments, private philanthropy, women’s and feminist funds, civil society and other allies ensuring that feminist movements receive the financial and political support they need to succeed. AFM seeks to catalyze, build, and sustain multistakeholder collaborations to ensure that feminist movements are abundantly resourced to drive transformative change towards a more just, inclusive world.
Channel Grant:
2025: Channel made a grant to the Alliance for Feminist Movements (AFM) to support its Crisis Hub that influences the humanitarian sector and secures resources for feminist funds and organizations at the frontlines of crisis response. Some of the specific activities will include forming a Donor Toolkit and an Op-Ed series. AFM may also travel to engage donors around the assets in key humanitarian spaces.
