in particular by providing support in the areas of reproductive health and gender-based violence.<\/span><span invasion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.channelfoundation.org\/grants\/fos-feminista\/\">F\u00f2s Feminista<\/a>, a Channel grantee, has supported their partners working in Ukraine.\u00a0 One such partner is the <a href=\"https:\/\/astra.org.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Central and Eastern European Network for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASTRA)<\/a>.\u00a0 ASTRA has increased its efforts to provide education and access to reproductive health services to Ukrainian refugees (women and girls) since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war.<\/span><span href=\"https:\/\/www.channelfoundation.org\/grants\/wilpf\/\">Women\u2019s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF)<\/a>, a long-time Channel partner, was\u00a0interviewed about her experience dealing with domestic violence in the context of war as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unwomen.org\/en\/what-we-do\/ending-violence-against-women\/unite\/16-days-of-activism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nobel Women\u2019s Initiative 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence<\/a>, a UN campaign.\u00a0 <\/span><span searches each day for hope and ways to hold it. \u201cSometimes I feel that&#8217;s the hardest thing, not to lose your hope,\u201d she said.\u00a0 She finds it from solidarity with other women inside Ukraine and an outpouring of support from women around the world. <\/span><span chronic, extreme stress of war.\u00a0 \u201cI think during this war situation, our society is at an extreme level of ongoing stress, and nobody knows when it will finish,\u201d she said.\u00a0 \u201cI think it&#8217;s very difficult to keep your humanity because we are, of course, so angry about this situation.\u00a0 This kind of emotion is a destructive emotion, which burns us out from
